Magic vac products are shipped free by reliable 3PLs.

  • All products on this website are free of charge, and only Hong Kong and Macau delivery services are currently available.
  • Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and designated outlying islands: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport.
  • Tenement houses and village houses enjoy free door-to-door delivery.

Additional Shipping Charges Notice

  • Stairs fee: If the building does not have elevators directly to the delivery address, and the delivery address is on the 3rd floor or above, the logistics company will charge the customer an additional surcharge, HK$50 per floor, and the delivery fee will be paid to the deliveryman in cash on the same day .

Example: If the building of the customer's delivery address does not have a lift directly, and the delivery floor is the 8th floor, the customer needs to pay HK$250 to the logistics company.

  • For customers in outlying islands and remote areas/village houses, it is recommended to check customer service before purchasing to confirm whether delivery is possible and details of additional charges.
  • Due to the different charging standards of each delivery company, the charges will vary according to different situations. All charges, terms and conditions are for reference only.
  • Due to the epidemic situation, customers can also choose to deliver the goods at the lobby of the building. Customers are kindly requested to change/make an appointment for the delivery time with the logistics company.       
  • In order to protect customers, please check whether the carton packaging is complete before signing for receipt. The deliveryman will not help to unpack the box. If the deliveryman finds out after leaving, no return/exchange will be made.
  •  After unpacking, it is recommended that guests keep the carton for a few days, if there is any problem, it can be exchanged.

Shipping Details:

  • After receiving the order, the product you have purchased will be delivered to the designated delivery address within 7 working days. The exact delivery date will be displayed and attached in the email of [Order Shipping Notice] [Item Tracking Number] .
  • If the customer has special requirements for the delivery date, please write the specified delivery date in the [Additional Information] column when placing an order online. Otherwise, when you receive the email of [Order Shipment Notice], it means that the item has been shipped, and changes cannot be made.
  • After the customer receives the [Order Confirmation] email, if they need to change the delivery address or delivery time, please notify our customer service department before receiving the [Order Shipment Notice] for arrangement, otherwise there may be an opportunity to charge additional fees .

  • If the customer has received the "Order Shipment Notification" email, it means that the goods are already on the way to delivery, and no changes can be made to the order. For delivery arrangements, please contact the logistics company by yourself.
  • On the day of delivery, the third-party logistics company will contact the customer directly to confirm the delivery time so that the delivery can be arranged.
  • The company will attach the [Shipment Tracking Number] to the email of the [Order Shipment Notice], and the customer can sign for the goods according to the delivery time scheduled by the logistics company. If the logistics company puts the goods out of the door according to the customer's request, the company will not be responsible for any loss caused.
  • If the information provided by the customer is incorrect (including address, contact number and email address, etc.), which affects the logistics company's arrangement of delivery, the company reserves the right to charge the customer additional fees.
  • If the goods cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address, and the customer cannot be contacted for delivery arrangements, the company will keep the goods for the customer for one month (from the date of shipment), and the relevant order will also be regarded as a customer Voluntary abandonment of the order, the company will neither cancel the delivery nor make any refund arrangement.
  • In case of special circumstances on the day of delivery, the delivery cannot be delivered to the delivery address specified by you:
  1. If the lift at the designated delivery address fails to operate normally during delivery, the third-party logistics company will arrange another delivery period to deliver again.
  2. When the No. 8 or above Gale or Storm Signal is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the delivery service will be suspended, and the company will notify you of the latest arranged delivery date by email or telephone.
  3. At the agreed delivery time, due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather and other factors, there may be delays, suspensions or rescheduling, regardless of whether the reasons for the delay or rescheduling are within the company's control, Latham & Watkins (International) Trading Ltd. assumes no responsibility.
  • Risk of Loss: Merchandise is ordered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract, loss of merchandise and transfer of title will occur upon delivery to you.
  • The company, Sui SangHong (International) Trading Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods to any customer at its absolute discretion.
